Terms of Use

Effective date: October 22, 2026 · Version: 2

Scope. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Integrator (“the App”) on the platforms where it is offered (app stores, Microsoft Store, or desktop installs as described on nivo78.com and in the store listing live when you install).

1. Agreement

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Nivo78 Mobile Apps, LLC (“we,” “us”) for Integrator. By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you control for your own personal or business use aligned with how the App is designed. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App except where applicable law forbids that restriction.

3. What this app is for

Process feature-library blocks and plug them into a named host app for preview and handoff.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law or to harm others. We may stop providing the App where permitted by law.

5. Not professional advice, taxes, and store independence

Not professional advice. The App is a software tool. It is not legal, accounting, tax, engineering, medical, or financial advice.

Store and portal independence. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Apple Inc., Microsoft Corporation, or other store or portal operators unless we state otherwise in writing.

Your tax and compliance responsibility. You enter rates, measurements, and business data in the App. The App may calculate display lines from rules you configure, but you are solely responsible for taxes, filings, remittances, safety checks, and regulatory obligations that apply to your work. We do not prepare, file, or remit taxes for you.

6. Your data, backups, and sharing

Data stays on your device. Working data stays on this device unless you back it up, export a file, send email or share sheets you choose, use optional online features described in the Privacy Policy, or purchase through a platform store. You are responsible for passwords, device security, and copies you export or share. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Backups. You are responsible for backups and recovery. When the App offers encrypted backups, vaults, or recovery keys, follow in-app instructions and store recovery material off this device. There is no email, phone, or support reset for lost passwords or keys unless we explicitly offer one in writing for a specific feature.

No data broker sales. We do not sell your personal or business data to data brokers. We do not use your information for third-party advertising or behavioral ad profiling. The App does not read advertising identifiers for ad targeting.

7. Payments and tiers

Purchases, subscriptions, or paid tiers, when offered, are processed by the applicable app store or platform. Platform store policies apply to checkout. We do not receive your full payment card number from the store.

8. Disclaimer, your records, and limitation of liability

Provided as-is; your risk. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the App and any decisions you make based on information in the App are at your own risk.

Real business and project data. If you use the App with live clients, jobs, measurements, or financial records, you are responsible for accuracy, backups, device security, and verifying outputs before you rely on them or send them to others.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivo78 Mobile Apps, LLC is not liable for data loss (including lost or corrupted records, failed backups, or device problems), business losses, income or revenue losses, tax outcomes, missed deadlines, or other harm arising from your use of the App, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Disclaimer overlap: Short warranty language elsewhere on this page is summarized; the Critical legal provisions block (UCC disclaimer, liability cap, venue, severability, and professional-advice disclaimer) controls if there is any conflict.

9. Privacy summary, retention, deletion, and acceptance record

Our Privacy Policy describes what stays on device, what optional uploads or hosted links may apply (and their retention), and what the legal acceptance record stores (disclosure version, acceptance time, app version) in private on-device app storage when the App uses a legal gate.

Data deletion. On-device records are removed by deleting them in the App, using factory reset or equivalent when offered, or uninstalling. To request deletion of data we may hold from optional hosted links or prior support communications, email support@nivo78.com.

10. Acceptance and changes

When the App requires it, you must accept the in-app Legal & Privacy disclosures before core workflows. When disclosure version changes materially, the App may re-prompt for acceptance. We may update these Terms from time to time. Current Terms are published at https://nivo78.github.io/N78-Public-Legal/pages/Integrator.terms.html and in the in-app Legal & Privacy gate when applicable. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
