This Privacy Policy describes how Nivo78 Mobile Apps, LLC (“Nivo78,” “we,” “us”) handles information in N78-Frame (“the app”). N78-Frame is a Windows utility for cropping and scaling images on your PC. Core single-image framing is free. Optional Frame Pro is a one-time add-on (sold through Microsoft Store) that unlocks batch processing, saved profiles, multi-size export, and Match+1 on this device. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the app.
1. Summary
Your images stay on your device. N78-Frame does not upload pictures to Nivo78 or nivo78.com. It does not require a Nivo78 account, does not sync a photo library, does not phone home, and does not include advertising or behavioral analytics.
The only time Nivo78 receives information from you is when you choose to send support, feedback, or contact email through your own mail program. Those messages contain only what you write (plus any app version or OS line you leave in the draft). Frame does not send email on its own.
2. Information processed locally
When you use N78-Frame, processing happens on this PC:
- Images you open and save. Source and output files live in folders you choose. The app reads and writes image bytes only to perform framing work you start.
- Session settings. Crop/Scale mode, size, zoom, pan, pad, and related controls stay in memory while the app runs. They are not uploaded.

Frame Pro data (if you use Frame Pro). Saved processing profiles and related
local preferences are stored under your Documents folder (
Documents\N78-Frame\). They are not uploaded to Nivo78. -
Legal acceptance record. When you accept the Terms of Use, the app stores a
small record (terms version, timestamp, app version) under your Documents folder
(
Documents\N78-Frame\) so you are not prompted on every launch.
3. Information you send outside the app
N78-Frame does not automatically send your images to Nivo78. You may choose to:
- Save framed files to disk or removable media you control
- Use Help → Feedback to open a mail draft in your mail app (you review and send it; the app does not transmit mail silently)
4. Microsoft Store and Frame Pro purchases
Core N78-Frame is available from Microsoft Store without charge for core framing features. Frame Pro is an optional one-time add-on purchased through Microsoft Store. Microsoft processes payment; Nivo78 does not receive your full payment card details. Store purchase and entitlement data are handled under Microsoft’s policies and on-device Store APIs. We use Store entitlement on this PC to unlock Frame Pro features; we do not operate a separate Nivo78 login for licensing.
5. What we do not collect
- No Nivo78 account or login for core framing work
- No cloud photo sync or background upload of images
- No advertising identifiers or behavioral analytics
- No silent diagnostics collection
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. Do not use it to submit personal information about children to us by email.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NIVO78 MOBILE APPS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIVO78 MOBILE APPS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. LIABILITY CAP: IN NO EVENT WILL NIVO78 MOBILE APPS, LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE LEGAL TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NIVO78 OR MICROSOFT FOR N78-FRAME AND FRAME PRO (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50.00).
Governing law: These legal terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue: Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these legal terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Smith County, Texas, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement (merger): The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Operator Responsibility Disclaimer (each as published for this product on N78-Public-Legal) constitute the entire agreement between you and Nivo78 Mobile Apps, LLC regarding the App and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject, except for additional terms imposed by the applicable app store or platform.
